This Return Policy explains how to return Holivana products purchased from Viphnorexak (“we”, “us”, “our”) through the Website viphnorexak.world (the “Website”), and how statutory withdrawal rights apply to Consumers in the EU. It supplements the Terms of Service.

2. Definitions
Consumer: a natural person acting for purposes outside their trade, business, craft, or profession.
Business customer: a customer acting in a business capacity. The statutory withdrawal rights described below apply to Consumers only.
3. Right of withdrawal for EU Consumers
If you are a Consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within fourteen days without giving any reason, unless an exception applies. The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day on which you acquire physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw by an unequivocal statement (for example, email using the contact details above). You may use the model withdrawal form in Section 6, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication about exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
4. Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a delivery type other than the least expensive standard delivery offered), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day we receive the returned goods or evidence that you have returned them, whichever is earlier.
We will carry out reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent the goods back, whichever is earliest.
5. Return shipment and condition of goods
You must send the goods back without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You are liable for any diminished value of the goods only where handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods has occurred.
We recommend returning products in their original packaging where possible, including any labels and inserts, and using a trackable shipping method. Retain proof of postage until your refund is processed.
6. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
EU consumer law provides exceptions for certain categories of goods. In particular, the right of withdrawal may not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery, once unsealed.
If you are a Consumer, please keep food supplements sealed if you wish to withdraw from the contract. If you open sealed packaging, your right of withdrawal may be lost.
Other exceptions may apply under applicable law. If you are uncertain whether your order qualifies for withdrawal, contact us.
7. Model withdrawal form (optional)
You may use the following text to withdraw, but any clear statement works:

8. Defective or incorrect items
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us promptly with your order number and a description of the issue. We will provide instructions for return, replacement, or refund in line with your statutory consumer rights.
Statutory rights under consumer sales law are separate from the voluntary withdrawal right and may apply depending on your country and circumstances.
9. Refund timing and method
Approved refunds are processed within fourteen days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return, as described in Section 4. Refunds are usually credited to the original payment method.
If you are a Consumer and you return goods because you used a withdrawal right, you may be responsible for direct return shipping costs unless we offer a prepaid label or we are required to bear those costs under applicable law.
10. Business customers
If you are not a Consumer, the statutory withdrawal right described above may not apply. Contractual return terms are governed by your agreement with us and the Terms of Service.
11. Dispute resolution
If you are a Consumer, you may bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence or in Denmark, depending on applicable rules. EU consumers may also use alternative dispute resolution mechanisms where available.

13. Changes to this policy
We may update this Return Policy to reflect changes in our processes or legal requirements. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when revisions are published.
